The third in a series of two-day seminars organized this year by the League's sports analytics unit (SAU) took place in Astana.

As in previous instances, the emphasis was placed on utilizing advanced digital tools: the FF Manager platform and Pixellot "smart" cameras installed at stadiums as part of a joint project with Freedom Telecom and BigBro.

However, this training session was special, as it was attended by coaches of the girls' teams. Particular attention was paid to the principles of planning a weekly training microcycle. The program included both theoretical and practical sessions.

In addition to the SAU experts, Yulia Mamonova, head coach of the Kazakhstan WU-17 national team, was one of the speakers at the seminar.

"The coaches are open to dialogue, actively communicate with each other and with the expert analysts, and share their experience and knowledge in a very positive atmosphere. We hope that this seminar will prove useful and fruitful for everyone.

The topic of weekly microcycle planning principles was not chosen by chance. A great deal of work was done during pre-season preparation: we visited the clubs and communicated with the coaches. As a result, we developed an understanding that this particular aspect is what will help in the upcoming championship,"
emphasized Zhanna Malgazhdarova, the League's expert analyst.

As a reminder, the second season of the Freedom QJ League W kicks off as early as next week.
