This year’s traditional Freedom QJ League All-Star Match will take place on July 11.

The QJL All Star team, featuring the League’s best young talents, will face the academy side of Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Borussia Mönchengladbach’s academy is widely regarded as one of the most respected and recognizable football schools in Germany. Over the years, it has produced a number of outstanding players who became icons for different generations of European football, including Jupp Heynckes, Horst-Dieter Höttges, and Marc-André ter Stegen.

At the same time, the “Black-White-Greens” continue to prove the strength of their development system today. A clear example came last year, when the club’s U-17 team — made up of players born in 2008 and 2009 — won the German championship. Other age groups have also enjoyed success, while several academy graduates continue to receive opportunities in both the youth and senior teams.

As always, QJL All Star is much more than just an exhibition match. It is a true football celebration for the city, an unforgettable life experience, and a unique challenge for the players.

The match will take place in Almaty. More information will be announced soon — stay tuned!
