Happy Birthday, Timur Ruslanovich!

Timur Ruslanovich is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Freedom QJ League, Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Holding Corp, President of the Kazakhstan Chess Federation, and President of the Karaganda Regional Football Association. He is also a member of the KFF Executive Committee.
