QJ League Awards 2023: a grand closing ceremony of the Freedom QJ League season took place in Almaty

The award ceremony for the best players, coaching staff and club personnel at the end of the season consisted of 15 nominations

The first season of the Freedom QJ League is officially completed, it was summed up by the QJ League Awards 2023 gala evening, during which the best football players, coaches and club employees were determined at the end of the season.

 

The event took place at the Almaty Theatre and brought together many stars of Kazakhstani football, such as the head coach of the national team Magomed Adiev, as well as Igor Shatskiy, Bauyrzhan Islamkhan and many others.

 

KFF President Adlet Barmenkulov and KFF Vice-President, QJ League President Rokhus Shokh delivered welcoming speeches. The ceremony was hosted by the famous commentator Didar Kadyrov and actress Tatyana Turlay. And during the breaks between blocks, artists performed covers of popular songs.

 

In total, the best of the season were determined in 15 nominations, these are:

 

Oleg Litvinenko Award – Best Scorer:

– Ramazan Bagdat

 

Seyilda Baishakov Award – Best Supperior Liaison:

– Taraz

 

Igor Shatskiy Award – Best Save of the Year:

– Zhanibek Kabdyrken (Aksu)

 

Contribution to the Popularization of Youth Football Award:

– QazSport

 

Best Manager Award:

– Nargiz Nyssanova (Kairat)

 

Georgiy Khutidi Award – Best Coach:

– Maxim Gabunov (Aktobe)

 

Alexander Ubykin Award – Best Goalkeeper:

– Sayatkhan Kussainov (Aktobe)

 

Alexander Kulakov Award – Best Young Referee:

– Kirill Tkachyov

 

Evgeniy Yarovenko Award – Best Defender:

– Ruslan Zakharov (Zhas Kyran)

 

Dias Omarov Award – Best Media Service:

– Aksu

 

Anton Shokh Award – Best Midfielder:

– Olzhas Baibek (Kairat)

 

Evgeniy Rott Award – Best Head of a Football Center or Academy:

– Alexander Kuznetsov (Zhas Kyran)

 

Eduard Son Award – Best Forward:

– Ramazan Bagdat (Kairat)

 

Askhat Tagybergen Award – Best Goal of the Year:

– Akhmetali Kaltanov (Astana)

 

Bakhtiyor Zainutdinov Award – Most Valuable Player:

– Dimash Serikuly (Taraz)

 

Also were named The Team of the Year and The Young Team of the Year made up of players no older than 2007, and the captains and head coaches of the Aktobe and Zhas Kyran teams received the coveted medals.

 

The final chord of the ceremony was the awarding of the first champion of the Freedom QJ League – Kairat Almaty. The players, staff and coaching staff of the champions were called one by one to be awarded gold medals, and team captain Alikhan Israilov raised the Cup over his head at the end.
