The League’s Executive Director, Alexander Orlov, and the Head of the Sports Analytics Unit, Arsen Inkarbekov, met with the new management of Kaisar to discuss the club’s preparations for the new season.
The Head of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism of the Kyzylorda Region, Bakhtiyar Artayev, also took part in the meeting.
Despite financial difficulties, the Kyzylorda representatives expressed their readiness to resolve all issues related to the club’s licensing in the near future.
The Freedom QJ League expects that Kaisar will eliminate all existing shortcomings soon and hopes that the League and the club will eventually reach a consensus, emphasized Arsen Inkarbekov.
