Kazakhstan national team head coach Talgat Baisufinov has announced the extended squad for the upcoming FIFA Series 2026 tournament.
The list includes two players who previously played in the Freedom QJ League – Kairat forwards Dastan Satpayev and Ramazan Bagdat. The full list of players called up to the national team is available via the link.
Satpayev already has six caps for the national team (including a goal against Belgium), while for Bagdat this is his first-ever call-up to the senior national team.
It is worth noting that Dastan and Ramazan played in the Freedom QJ League in 2023–2024, winning two gold medals of the league’s flagship tournament with Kairat.
The FIFA Series 2026 matches will take place from March 25 to 28 at Astana Arena, in a Final Four format. Kazakhstan will play two matches: first against the Comoros, and then against either Kuwait or Namibia.
