Anton Lyssyak spoke at the NOC RK seminar at Nazarbayev University

The topic of his talk was “Launching and Scaling a Sports Project: The Experience of a Youth Football League.”

The seminar was organized by the NOC RK as part of a sports management training program hosted at Nazarbayev University.

Anton Lyssyak shared the League’s extensive three-year experience in systematic media and marketing support of youth football, as well as in organizing high-profile mass events such as QJL All Star, QJL Awards, and regional festivals.

Over its first three seasons, Freedom QJ League has received numerous awards at the prestigious Altyn Adam Sport Marketing ceremony and has been named Sports Organization of the Year twice in a row by Metaratings Top Awards. This year, the League is once again shortlisted for the award for the third consecutive time, with public voting open on the awards’ official website.
