Igor Soloshenko – Coach of the Month for April!

The award goes to Igor Soloshenko, head coach of Shakhtyor U-17.

 

"The team skillfully combined possession-based play in their own half with creative penetration into the opposition's box. At the same time, they demonstrated solid defensive performance, preventing opponents from entering their penalty area frequently or scoring goals.

 

In April, Shakhtyor defeated Zhas Kyran and drew away in Atyrau. All of this was achieved under the clear guidance of the head coach, who, knowing the strengths of his team, successfully adjusted game scenarios depending on the flow of the match.
