Flagman Online and Freedom QJ League announce a contest for an educational grant for football players!
Flagman Online is the first online private school in Kazakhstan with a state-issued diploma, officially registered and operating in accordance with all standards of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This is not just a set of courses or an educational platform — it is a full-fledged online school, established on the basis of the FLAGMAN Physics and Mathematics Lyceum in Astana.
How the education is structured:
1. A full-fledged equivalent of a traditional offline school, but in an online format. The student is officially enrolled in Flagman Online and receives a state-recognized diploma upon completing grades 9 and 11. All report cards and documents are issued in original form, just like in a regular school.
2. Both interim and final assessments follow the standard system. Throughout the year, students take formative assessments (SOR) and summative assessments (SOCH) at the end of each term. The SOCH exams are conducted offline, either in the student's city or at an agreed location, in accordance with the law.
In grades 9 and 11, students take state exams, just like in any other school in Kazakhstan.
3. Mandatory exams are taken at the school, while participation in the UNT is optional and intended for university admission.
4. Learning formats include synchronous (live online lessons according to a set schedule) and asynchronous (24/7 access to lesson recordings – ideal if the student is at a tournament or traveling). Students can ask teachers questions and receive feedback at any time.
5. The curator acts as a homeroom teacher. They support the student, monitor the learning process, assist with organization, and are always available for communication.
Admission process to Flagman Online:
– Withdrawal from the current school;
– Obtaining an arrival slip;
– Submission of the standard set of documents (as required for a regular school transfer).
What does a Freedom QJ League student receive at Flagman Online?
1. Personal mentor. Individual guidance, support in learning and motivation.
2. A team of school psychologists. Support with adaptation, stress management, burnout, self-esteem, and emotional well-being.
3. Career guidance and support with university admission. Professional assessments, assistance in choosing a career, and support in applying to universities both in Kazakhstan and abroad.
4. PBL projects (Project-Based Learning). Work on real-world projects, development of critical thinking, teamwork, and 21st-century skills.
5. Flexible schedule + feedback from teachers. The ability to combine studies with training, tournaments, and training camps.
6. Proprietary digital platform. Everything in one place: personal account, schedule, grades, homework, lesson links. And most importantly – live communication with real teachers and classmates.
The goal of the contest is to identify talented students, support their motivation to learn, and foster their leadership qualities. Football players from Freedom QJ League teams aged 14 to 17 are eligible to participate.
The contest consists of 3 stages: registration, an online test, and an interview. The best participants will receive an educational grant.
