Freedom QJ League projects have been shortlisted for the 10th annual international sports marketing award, the MVP Awards.
The award was established in 2017 as part of the international sports marketing conference MARSPO and received a new name last year. Over the years, major sports brands such as UFC, the KHL, Zenit, CSKA, and Asics have taken part in the competition.
This year, more than 300 applications were submitted, with 227 projects across 37 categories making it to the shortlist.
The League will compete for awards in the following categories: “Best Themed Match,” “Best Season Opening/Closing Ceremony Organization,” “Best Merchandise or Sports Event Kit,” “Best Social Project with a Budget under 1 Million Rubles,” “Best Youth Engagement Project,” “Best Sponsorship Activation with a Budget under 3 Million Rubles,” and “Best Use of Innovative Technologies.”
The awards ceremony will take place on June 10 in Moscow.
