The Sports-Analytical Unit of Freedom QJ League is once again holding a seminar for League coaches – this time in Almaty. Coaches from clubs of all five League tournaments – from the “South” and “East” groups – are taking part.

Just like the similar seminar held in the capital, the sessions in Almaty are scheduled for three days and are organized by the League’s Sports-Analytical Unit together with the Technical Center of the Kazakhstan Football Federation. Thanks to this seminar, coaches can earn the study hours required to extend their licenses under the UEFA convention, free of charge.

The opening remarks were delivered by the head of the Sports-Analytical Unit, Arsen Inkarbekov, who presented the program of the upcoming seminar.

The Head of the KFF Technical Center, Stanislav Pogorelov, presented the federation’s five-year strategy in the field of coach education. Afterwards, SAB expert Dmitriy Vasiliev shared an analytical report on the performance of the teams in the current season.

One of the topics of the seminar was “How to improve positional advantage in a match?”. SAU expert Igor Shpanyora dedicated his presentation to analyzing players’ static positions in game organization, as well as the issues that arise when facing a well-prepared opponent.

Finally, the closing hours of the first day, before dinner, were devoted to reflection and planning of upcoming group training sessions.

The practical part of the seminar will take place on Tuesday, September 9, at the “Khan-Tengri” stadium.
