The League continues to digitalize its internal processes, including document management.
Another important step in this direction has been the transition of work completion certificates submitted by referees to an electronic format.
The certificates are generated automatically by the system. A referee logs into their personal account, selects the reporting period and signs the document via eGov Mobile. They then receive a notification confirming either that the certificate has been accepted for processing or that the wrong reporting period has been selected.
If the reporting period is selected correctly, the referee only has to wait for the payment.
“Previously, the whole process was much more complicated. Referees had to go to the post office and send original documents by registered mail. Sometimes the certificates were filled out manually: they would print out a template and enter the information by hand.
If an error was found in the document, it was returned. The referee then had to fill everything out and send it again. Now the process is much simpler, and it saves a tremendous amount of resources,” said Kuandyk Yermekbayev, Head of the Competition Organization and Operations Department.
