Ontustik's championship and the fight for gold between Kairat and Astana: QJ League Weekend Review

In the U17B league, Ontustik Shymkent  secured an early championship in a match against Ulytau. The game for Ontustik started with a missed goal, but the team managed to get back before the break. In the second half, scoring two unanswered goals, the South team made the victory with a score of 3:1.

Kairat and Astana continue the fight for gold in the U17A league

 

In Aktobe met the fourth and second team of the championship. The fight on the field was going until the very last minutes. Aktobe opened the scoring on 7 minutes thanks to the efforts of Vitaliy Laturnus. Astana's response followed 12 minutes later – Maksat Abrayev equalised the score with a direct kick from a corner. By the way, this is the third such goal in the performance of the capital team for the last 4 matches! The outcome of the meeting was decided by Ruslan Valikhan's goal in the 74th minute – 2:1 victory for Astana.

 

Victory over Aktobe allowed Astana to lead the standings, but only for a day. Kairat Almaty returned from Swiss fields, at home confidently beat Taraz 2:0, goals in the absence of the leader of the yellow-black’s Daulet Orynbassar scored Yermukhammad Kerimkhan and Abylay Toleukhan.
