On Tuesday, April 1, the second and final day of training was held at the Radisson Astana hotel for the heads and coordinators of football centers, as well as media officers and marketers of the teams participating in the Freedom QJ League.

As part of the sports track, the day began with a presentation by Timur Kussainov, an expert in league analytics, who spoke to the participants about how to work with the digital platform FF Manager.

Next, analyst and head coach of Kazakhstan's U-17 national team, Bauyrzhan Sagyndyk, gave a lecture focused on analyzing individual player actions by position, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and comparing them with opposing players.

After the lunch break, Kuandyk Yermekbayev, head of the competitions organization and management department, explained the specifics of working with the website and match reports. Then, Anton Lyssyak, head of the media and marketing department, conducted a seminar for football center staff on the importance of marketing support.

«Everything went great, all the goals set for the seminar were achieved. We had excellent communication with the heads and coordinators of the football centers. We talked about plans for the season and presented new projects. There were also interactive lectures», – said Arsen Inkarbekov.

As for the media and marketing track, the second day's program began with lectures by the League’s media and marketing coordinator Adlet Talgatbek, who spoke about the format of the upcoming club championship in this area. The session also featured press officer Bekezhan Ardakuly and content manager Assem Akhmet, who introduced the participants to the League’s requirements for media and SMM, respectively.

After the lunch break, Arsen Inkarbekov conducted a seminar for club media officers and marketers on how to interact with coaches and the sports analytics department, while Kuandyk Yermekbayev explained how to work with the website and match reports.

Then the seminar participants heard from sports journalist Alimzhan Tasbolatuly, whose lecture focused on the nuances of working with the media, as well as Gulmira Zakiryanova, head of the PR and marketing department of the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation, who shared her experience in organizing major international tournaments — as a reminder, prestigious ATP Tour tennis events are held annually in Kazakhstan.

At the end of the second day, a team-building session with board games was held for the club staff. The game mechanics were familiar to anyone who has played 'Who Am I?' or Alias, but the unique theme covered both the Freedom QJ League and football in general — both Kazakhstani and international.

The third season of the League will kick off on April 19.
