SAU Names September’s Best Players and Coach

Freedom QJ League U-17: Miras Nurlanov (Aktobe)

Nurlanov recorded three goals and three assists in two September matches, making an important contribution to the Red-and-Whites’ victories over Astana (6-0) and, in particular, Zhas Kyran (2-1).

Freedom QJ League U-16: Trofim Kriger (Kairat)

The Yellow-and-Blacks defender featured in all three of his team’s wins last month, with two of those matches ending in clean sheets. Kriger recorded 51 ball recoveries and 38 interceptions.

Freedom QJ League U-15: Ruslan Plyaskovsky (Tobyl)

Plyaskovsky played a decisive role in Tobyl’s Matchweek 19 victory over Astana – Ruslan’s brace and assist helped the Kostanay side secure a 3-2 win.

Freedom QJ League B: Nurbek Amangeldi (Atyrau)

After a difficult August, the Oilmen’s forward produced a highly productive run in September, recording two goals and two assists in three matches.

Coach of the Month for September: Rafael Khamidullov (Shakhter U-17)

Khamidullov’s Miners continue to lead the U-17 competition. Two wins in September allowed them to capitalise on Kairat dropping points and establish a two-point advantage with three matchweeks remaining in the championship.

In the flagship competition, the best player is selected after every Matchweek. Since the opening weekend, the award has gone to Adiyat Otarbek (Ordabasy, Matchweek 1), Daniil Nurzhanov (Tobyl, Matchweek 2), Rasul Akimov (Shakhter, Matchweeks 3 and 5), Nikita Lisokhmar (KFF Academy, Matchweek 4), Ayan Amanzhulov (Aktobe, Matchweek 6), Sanzhar Kuandyk (Astana, Matchweek 7), Abai Zamanbek (KFF Academy, Matchweek 8), Arsen Ispanov (Astana, Matchweek 9), Anuar Uzakbai (Caspiy, Matchweek 10), Adilbek Turdakh (Ordabasy, Matchweek 11), Daulet Orynbasar (Kairat, Matchweeks 12 and 14), Dias Undash (Taraz, Matchweek 13), Shakhmardan Demesin (Caspiy, Matchweek 15), Alan Lukanin (Zhas Kyran, Matchweek 16), Ibrahim Bauyrzhanov (Aktobe, Matchweek 17), Nabi Talasbek (Tobyl, Matchweek 18) and Sultanali Umirtai (Kaisar, Matchweek 19).
