In Astana, a seminar for the coaches of Freedom QJ League teams has started

Specialists from the participating clubs of all five League tournaments are taking part. They have been divided into two equal groups (“North” and “South”), within which theoretical and practical sessions are being held.

The three-day training sessions are organized by the League’s Sports-Analytical Unit together with the Technical Center of the Kazakhstan Football Federation. Thanks to this, coaches can obtain, free of charge, the study hours required to extend their licenses in accordance with the UEFA Convention.

The Center’s director Gennadiy Skurtul presented the participants with the 2025 educational program and spoke about the upcoming plans in the field of coach education.

Representatives of the Sports Analytics Unit – Arsen Inkarbekov, Igor Shpanera, Dmitriy Vasilyev, Zhanna Malgazhdarova, Timur Kusainov, Dmitriy Ogay, Yevgeniy Yarovenko, and Maksim Shevchenko – assist coaches within micro-groups.

One of the key topics of discussion during the sessions was the successful choice of strategy for the QJL All Star match against Atlético Madrid. In addition, SAU experts analyzed past League matches, clearly demonstrating new trends in the tactical and technical actions of the players. Comparative analysis of the League’s tournaments was also given attention.

The training takes place in an interactive format – coaches are actively involved in the sessions alongside the experts, rather than being limited to the role of listeners.
