The Rise of Miras Kuat and the Continued Pursuit of Toleukhan: Top Fantasy QJ League Players After Matchweek XVIII

Only four weekends remain in the flagship Freedom QJ League tournament. Accordingly, the League’s fantasy competition is also nearing its climax – here’s a look at the players who have collected the most points after Matchweek XVIII.

First place still belongs to Abylay Toleukhan of Kairat with 144 points. However, the player has already missed three matches – he joined the “yellow-and-blacks” squad for the UEFA Youth League.

Gleb Makridov of Shakhtyor is taking full advantage – the midfielder has already accumulated 138 points. As a reminder, he needs just four more goal contributions to become the best player in the League’s history in this metric. The current record belongs to Dastan Satpayev, who registered 36 goal involvements.

They are followed by Daulet Orynbassar (Kairat, 115 points), Nurkhan Kagazbayev (Shakhtyor, 111 points) and Zhanali Yessenaliyev (Ordabasy, 109 points).

The latest player to cross the three-digit mark is Shakhtyor midfielder Miras Kuat. He now sits on exactly 100 points, having scored nine in each of the two September Matchweeks – thanks to his goal contributions as well as a high number of ball recoveries and tackles.

The race for valuable prizes is heating up. Recall that users who assemble the best squad in the fantasy competition after each matchweek receive a 20,000 KZT certificate from COPA.KZ.

The season’s champion will win an iPhone 15, while the runners-up will claim a PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and an Xbox Series X, respectively.
