The seminar for League team coaches continues in Almaty.

The sessions are being conducted by the Sports-Analytical Unit in cooperation with the Technical Center of the Kazakhstan Football Federation. Thanks to this, coaches can receive, free of charge, the training hours required to renew their licenses under the UEFA Convention. A similar seminar was previously held in Astana.

The program of the second day was focused on practical work. On Monday, the participants, divided into micro-groups of five people, were given assignments to prepare a training process.

Today, under the guidance of experts from the Sports-Analytical Unit, they conducted training sessions with players from the Khan-Tengri football center. Afterwards, a theoretical analysis of the results of these sessions took place.

“Coaches are the future of our football. How they improve their qualifications depends on them, but we saw that there wasn’t a single indifferent coach. Everyone is very serious, engaged, absorbing information, learning. In some ways, we also learn from them. I think we are moving in the right direction. Most importantly, they are being trained by instructors with extensive football experience and expertise,” emphasized League analyst Evgeniy Yarovenko.
