The winner of Matchweek 13 in the League’s official fantasy competition scored 86 points — 27 more than the lineup selected by the AI model.
As a reminder, the manager with the best Fantasy QJ League lineup after each matchweek receives a KZT 20,000 gift certificate from COPA.KZ. The highest-scoring roster of the weekend was assembled by modeerf, who claimed their first matchweek victory of the season.
The main contributors to the winning result were the season’s leading fantasy scorer, midfielder Rasul Akimov, and his Shakhter teammate, defender Danil Zolkin. Both players scored in the Karaganda side’s home victory over Irtysh. The matchweek winner selected Akimov as captain, meaning his nine-point return was doubled.
As a defender, Zolkin also earned additional points for the clean sheet and his high number of ball recoveries, taking his total contribution to 14 points. Danil’s goal was also his first in the League’s flagship competition.
Kairat defender Alikhan Abdi added another 12 points. He scored against Astana in the latest matchweek, as the two-capital derby ended in a 6–0 victory for the Yellow and Blacks.
The lineup selected by artificial intelligence for Matchweek 13 finished the weekend with 59 points. The system correctly chose Rasul Akimov as captain, but neither Zolkin nor Abdi was included in the proposed roster.
Having participated in the fantasy competition since the opening matchweek, modeerf currently sits sixth in the overall season standings with 895 points. olegforwards (939) leads the table, followed by Plescavica_Team (936) in second place, while alishkaa (913) completes the top three.
The overall season winner will receive an iPhone 17, while the second- and third-placed participants will be awarded a PlayStation 5 and an Apple Watch respectively.
