Representatives of the Freedom QJ League paid a working visit to Atyrau.
A delegation led by Kuandyk Yermekbayev, Head of the Competitions Organization and Management Unit, inspected the club’s infrastructure, assessed the readiness of the football center for the upcoming season, and held a number of working meetings.
As part of the visit, League representatives inspected the Sudoremontnik Stadium (Atyrau, Balykshy settlement) and the stadium in the village of Tomarly, which are being considered by the club as home venues for QJ League matches in 2026. At present, both facilities do not fully meet the League’s requirements and the KFF licensing regulations. Therefore, a wide range of renovation and improvement works must be carried out at the stadiums in the near future.
Following the previous season, Atyrau’s academy teams finished 11th in the flagship tournament, as well as 7th and 8th in the U-17 and U-16 championships respectively. The club’s media department received the Dias Omarov Award for its work.
