Ramazan Bagdat – Best Forward of the QJ League

The Freedom QJ League Awards 2023 ceremony took place in Almaty, where the best players, coaches and employees of football centers and academies were honored at the end of the season.

 

Ramazan Bagdat won the Best Forward nomination. Bagdat scored 15 goals and provided 7 assists. Ramazan was also recognized as the best player of the Matchday VI.

 

«Thanks to everyone who voted for me, I honestly didn’t expect it. I thought that the award would go to Dimash Serikula. If I play in all the games next season, I will try to score more than 20 goals», – said Ramazan Bagdat after receiving the award.

 

Let us remind you that the nomination Best Forward is named after Eduard Son, a veteran of Kazakh football, champion and winner of the USSR Cup. The winners in the QJ League Awards nominations were chosen by voting among coaches, football players, journalists, experts and legends of Kazakh football.
