Specialists from the League’s Sports Analytics Unit (SAU) conducted a two-day seminar for coaches in Shymkent.

The training was divided into two blocks: theoretical and practical. The speakers for the educational lectures were Evgeny Yarovenko, Alexander Knyazev, Alexey Shchigolev, Medkhat Yksan, Zhanna Malgazhdarova, Kanat Mussatayev, Philip Boger, Nursat Kozhamkulov and Maxim Romanov.

In their presentations, a special emphasis was placed on the utilization of advanced digital tools provided by the League: the FF Manager platform and Pixellot "smart" cameras, which were installed in stadiums as part of a joint project with Freedom Telecom and BigBro.

Furthermore, the experts dedicated special attention to the "Player of the Future" program and a new key area of SAU’s activity—work on developing model characteristics of players based on the mass collection and analysis of footballers' fitness metrics.

The results of the first training session under the "Player of the Future" project, held last week in Kostanay, served as visual methodological material.

On SAU’s recommendation, Tobol U-15 leader Artur Garifullin honed his skills in the final stage of attack according to an individual plan. This session was recorded on a Pixellot camera and analyzed in detail using FF Manager.

Once the SAU experts completed their presentations, the coaches split into groups and conducted a collective assignment—planning microcycles and training sessions, followed by their presentation.

The next day, the seminar participants headed to the BIIK training ground to reinforce their newly acquired knowledge by putting it into practice.

The coaches who participated in the seminar received commemorative gifts: t-shirts from a limited collection designed by the Brele design bureau as part of their work on creating the FF Manager identity. The training platform's branding had previously won an award at the international Workspace Digital Awards.
