Coaches from the country's southern regions, who attended the Shymkent seminar organized by the League’s Sports Analytics Unit (SAU), shared their impressions.
Dani Nazarbayev, Head Coach of the Ordabasy U-17 Girls' Team:
– First of all, I would like to thank Freedom QJ League and the SAU staff for coming and giving us the opportunity to participate in this seminar.
FF Manager and BigBro are tools that are absolutely essential for coaches to work with in today's environment. Thank you so much for showing us how to use them. I will definitely apply the knowledge I gained in my future work.
I was also highly impressed by the opportunity to exchange experiences with other coaches through direct communication and feedback.
We worked in micro-groups and created lesson plans. Thanks to this, I met coaches from Zhetisu, Kaisar, and Kairat. We got to know each other's training systems: in some areas I learned something new, and in others, I was able to help and share my own experience.
Bagdaulet Rysbekov, Head Coach of Ordabasy U-16:
– Very strong coaches gathered at this seminar. SAU brought us together in one place so that we could exchange knowledge.
I learned a lot regarding the development of individual skills of the players. I think this will bring great benefits in the future – both in the training process and during matches.
Arman Dzhumabayev, Assistant Coach of Ordabasy U-15:
– My impressions are very positive. It would be great to hold such seminars more often, especially for coaches, to share experience and knowledge.
Personally, I learned a lot of new things. For instance, that there are various options for structuring a weekly microcycle.
The specialists in my group shared their experiences. I also shared my knowledge, and it turned out to be beneficial for everyone.
Igor Filipchuk, Head of the Youth Football Development Program at the Ontustik Academy:
– It is a great pleasure to see all the coaches from the south-western regions here. I hope that we will pass on all the knowledge gained from this seminar to our coaches, and that it will drive further progress.
Right now, Freedom QJ League is focusing specifically on the individual development of players. I completely agree with this approach; we have also been working in this direction. I believe this is a very correct vector, especially the Player of the Future project.
Nurmat Mirzabayev, Coordinator of the Taraz Football Center:
– The emotions are highly positive. This is a very useful seminar for both novice coaches and for us. There is a lot of new and interesting information, especially regarding digital tools.
The BigBro platform is improving day by day. We were shown its new capabilities. For example, video clips can now be extended or shortened. Other useful features are also appearing.
I believe this platform will be a major asset for coaches. It will make it much easier to analyze matches and prepare for the next opponent.
Talgat Kanyshev, Head Coach of Kairat U-18:
– A very interesting and informative seminar with highly useful topics. We had great speakers who shared new knowledge and helped us recall some of what we had learned previously.
Ismail Khodzhayev, Assistant Coach of Taraz U-17:
– Our wonderful Freedom QJ League has been around for four years now. SAU experts regularly gather us to exchange experiences, and the impressions are just excellent. The organization and the atmosphere are, as always, top-notch.
We had questions regarding digital tools, and we received clear answers. Going forward, we will actively use FF Manager and BigBro in our cities – this will benefit both coaches and players.
Iskander Geymat, Head Coach of Ordabasy U-17:
– Any seminar is beneficial for the coaching staff and the training process. It is always a pleasure to meet colleagues and talk. Even the communication itself provides great experience.
The impressions are positive, and we are learning a lot of new things. We received valuable data on what to pay attention to. What stood out to me the most were the presentations dedicated to fitness preparation and individual work with players.
Currently, SAU experts are conducting a similar two-day seminar in the capital. Its program also includes theoretical and practical sessions focusing on the use of advanced digital tools provided by the League.
