The third and final day of the seminar for the League’s team coaches took place in Almaty.

The day began with an analysis of the practical sessions held the day before. The seminar participants, divided into groups, reviewed the training sessions they had conducted.

After that, the Head of the KFF Technical Center, Stanislav Pogorelov, presented the federation’s project “Future Champions” to the coaches. The next presentation was dedicated to the strategy chosen by the League’s Sports-Analytical Unit for the QJL All Star match against Atlético Madrid. Finally, the participants summed up the seminar.

Damir Dautov, Assistant Head Coach, “Kairat” 2009: “In my opinion, such seminars are very important, even if they are not long but just three days. We all gather, get to know each other, exchange experiences, and share information. On the first day we had theoretical classes, introductions. On the second day there was practice: we demonstrated our skills in the training process, on the football field, and communicated. This is very important for all youth team coaches. It would be great if such seminars were held more often.”

Pavel Evteev, Head Coach, “Altay”: “I believe the seminar was very productive in terms of communication and acquiring new knowledge. We met old colleagues, talked, and discussed plans. It is a great advantage when opportunities for such communication are created. I would like to thank the leadership of Freedom QJ League for enabling further professional growth of coaches, especially young ones. And I wish for more such seminars that will positively influence the development of all Kazakhstani football.”

As a reminder, the sessions were conducted by the League’s Sports-Analytical Unit together with the Technical Center of the Kazakhstan Football Federation. Thanks to them, coaches can obtain the training hours required to renew their licenses in accordance with the UEFA convention free of charge. A similar seminar was previously held in Astana.
