Immediately after the end of the two-day seminar in Shymkent, experts from the League's Sports and Analytical Unit (SAU) conducted similar training in the capital.
The focus of both seminars' programs was on the use of advanced digital tools: the FF Manager platform and Pixellot "smart" cameras installed at stadiums as part of a joint project with Freedom Telecom and BigBro. The experts also paid special attention to the "Player of the Future" program.
On the second day, the seminar participants held practical sessions on the football pitch.
As in Shymkent, the coaches received commemorative T-shirts from a limited collection designed by the Brele design bureau as part of creating the FF Manager identity.
"The seminars held in Shymkent and Astana touched upon topics related to the individual development of players – this year we are paying great attention to this area.
The atmosphere is very good. The coaches actively participated in discussions, sharing their experience and knowledge.
I would like to emphasize that the Freedom QJ League is not just about organizing competitions. Our management, represented by Timur Turlov and Rokhus Shokh, always pays great attention to the development of coaches – after all, they are the ones who unlock the potential of football players and make our League more interesting," emphasized Baurzhan Sagyndyk, head of the SAU.
"We gained a lot of benefits over these two days. We are very glad to have such seminars and the opportunity to see our colleagues and talk with them. I would like to express my gratitude to the SAU, Timur Ruslanovich, and Rokhus Rokhusovich. It is very pleasant to gain knowledge in such conditions; the League is organized very professionally in every aspect," Rinat Zhiyembekov, head coach of Aktobe U-17, shared his impressions.
